What is your return policy?
If your item was purchased at full price, and is in new condition with tags still attached, then absolutely yes! Returns must be brought back 14 days after you've received your order. An in-store credit or exchange will be offered for returns, we do not offer refunds.
Once we receive your return and determine it meets our conditions, we will issue your store credit which will be emailed to you within 7 days of us receiving the item to be returned.
Sixty One does not refund the initial shipping cost, and we are not responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs.
Sixty One is not responsible for damages that occur after tag removal and during the care of an item; such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear. Any items that are damaged upon receipt and still have tags attached must be reported to our team within 10 days.
